Outside the Walls are events focused on large-scale artistic creation, sharing and closeness to the public, to once again give street-art its full meaning. As part of the sixth edition of the Metropolitan Summer, the city of Bassens has welcomed 3 graffiti artists for the realization of a monumental mural: "Moonlight, the lights of the harbor" refers to the industrial and worker base, the landscape atypical of this city between land and water, industries and nature.
